
The State Educational Institution “Republican Center for State Environmental Expertise, Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel” of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the Center) held Zero Injury Week from 11.03.2024 to 15.03.2024.
The main goal of the Zero Accident Week events is to ensure the safety and health of workers in the workplace and prevent cases of industrial injuries in organizations.

During the work:
- The functionality of the fire alarm and fire notification system has been tested.
- The actions of the Center’s employees in the event of the activation of fire protection equipment have been practiced;
- An inspection of the buildings and structures of the center was conducted for compliance with labor protection and fire safety requirements;
- Instructions on labor protection for specialties and types of work have been revised and put into effect;
- Unscheduled safety briefings were conducted in all structural divisions of the Center;
As part of the thematic events, today the Center hosted a meeting between the chief specialist of the organization of the functioning of the State System for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies and Civil Defense of the Partizansky District Department of Emergency Situations, Ruslan Viktorovich Trostyanko, and the Center’s employees.
Ruslan Viktorovich told those present about the actions that must be taken in the event of a civil defense signal in peacetime and wartime. He explained what civil defense includes, what place the Ministry of Emergency Situations occupies in it. He reminded how to behave if you hear the signal “Attention everyone!”
Zero Injury Week has motivated the Center’s employees to continue working safely!
