The Center hosted an event as part of the interaction between organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and educational institutions in Minsk on the implementation of the curriculum of optional classes “Fundamentals of Rational Nature Management and Protection of Natural Resources” in specialized engineering classes.
In the 2024/2025 academic year, at the initiative of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the curriculum of optional classes “Fundamentals of Rational Nature Management and Protection of Natural Resources” is being implemented in specialized engineering classes of Gymnasium No. 19, Gymnasium No. 21, Secondary School No. 52 and Secondary School No. 161 in Minsk.
As part of the cooperation, the Center has planned educational events for teachers teaching in specialized “engineering” classes of these educational institutions and students for September 2024.
Today, the relay of events continued with a meeting with students and teachers of Gymnasium No. 19. The Director of the Center, A.A. Bulak, conducted an educational excursion for them under the motto “Investing in the present, creating the future!” During the excursion, the participants of the event learned about the main areas of the Center’s activities and its role in maintaining a healthy environment for current and future generations.
Continuing the excursion, the head of the state environmental expertise department of the Center, Yu. I. Lugovtsov, held an open lesson on the basics of environmental knowledge: “There is such a profession – to protect nature.”
