Pre-registration for an appointment
Pre-registration for an appointment with the director and his deputies is carried out on weekdays from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00 at the director’s office by phone: +375(17) 302 97 80.
Pre-registration is carried out by the head of the office work and archival affairs group – Pavlovskaya Ekaterina Vasilievna.
Reception is carried out on a first come, first served basis, with the exception of persons who have previously made an appointment.
Citizens and representatives of legal entities must have documents proving their identity (passport, residence permit, refugee certificate), and for representatives of legal entities, an additional document confirming their authority.
