Program description
  1. Analysis of regulatory legal acts determining the procedure for activities with precious metals. State regulation and control in this area.
  2. The procedure for conducting an inventory of precious metals in raw materials, materials, components, buildings, structures, equipment, devices, scrap and waste, including without reflecting their content in inventory lists.
  3. Instructions on the procedure for the delivery and acceptance of scrap and waste containing precious metals. Registration of contracts for processing and the procedure for settlements with scrap and waste suppliers.
  4. Instructions on the procedure for using, recording and storing precious metals and precious stones.
  5. Completing the state statistical reporting form 1-mr (precious metals) by organizations “Report on the balances, receipt and expenditure of precious metals, scrap and waste containing them.”
  6. Options for dismantling equipment containing precious metals, drawing up write-off certificates and dismantling certificates, as well as registering precious metal scrap. The procedure for recycling waste with a low content of precious metals that is unprofitable when processed for the purpose of their extraction.
  7. Analysis of the main violations in working with precious metals and recommendations for their elimination.
