Hotline on the issue of involving lands occupied by trees and shrubs into economic circulation and determining the directions of their use

The Ministry of Natural Resources has opened a hotline on the issue of involving lands occupied by trees and shrubs (plantings) into economic circulation and determining the directions for their use*.
Every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:00 on the city numbers 8 (017) 200 62 61 and 200 53 34 you will be advised on the existing regulatory framework governing the procedure for removing flora growing on lands under trees and shrubs (plantings), agricultural lands, within the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal strips, as well as the transfer of lands to lands of the nature conservation category for their subsequent involvement in economic circulation.

* Please note that the final decision on the inclusion of lands occupied by trees and shrubs (plantings) into economic circulation and the determination of the directions of their use is made by the relevant commission created under each local executive body (base level).
** The consideration of requests received on the hotline is regulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated July 23, 2012 No. 667 “On certain issues of working with requests from citizens and legal entities”.
