Dear friends!
I congratulate everyone on one of the main state holidays – Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus and the 30th anniversary of the Basic Law of the country!
For three decades now, our republic has established an order that includes not only the principles of humanity, equality, responsibility, but also the cultural characteristics and historical experience of the Belarusian nation, which makes our Constitution truly popular.
As the head of the environmental protection agency, I would like to pay special attention to the right to a favorable environment, because it directly depends on the attitude and actions of each Belarusian. Environmental protection is our common duty!
Dear friends! Let this significant date remind us all of our rights and responsibilities, of the path we have taken to consolidate and implement all constitutional norms that have become the key to peace in our native Belarus and its prosperity. The Constitution is the document that we will always be proud of and honor!
