Today, the Republican Center for State Environmental Expertise, Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of the Ministry of Natural Resources held an event on the topic “Basic aspects of fire safety at home and in the workplace” with the participation of Vladislav Chakhovsky, Inspector of the SNiP Partizansky ROCH.
During the meeting, an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations presented statistics on fires for 2023 and the expired period of 2024, spoke about compliance with the fire safety regime at work and at home, and the procedure for dealing with various emergencies.
Special attention was paid to the use of primary fire extinguishing agents, as well as the responsibility of citizens and employees for violating fire safety rules.
In order to prevent the occurrence of fires, it is recommended to install fire detectors in residential premises and workplaces.
In addition, Vladislav Chakhovsky focused the attention of those present on preventing the abandonment of young children without supervision in order to avoid an emergency.
The Center’s employees were reminded of the availability of the mobile application “Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus: help is near”, which is really useful in various life situations.
At the end of the meeting, the participants asked questions, to which they received detailed answers.
